A basket full of rock and roll cats brings a jukebox spirit to this lively feline scene. The cats and basket were hand-painted on porcelain in Limoges, France, as a Limoges box.
Rock Around the Basket
Cats are not known for dancing, but these rockin cats look ready to change that. Piled into a basket together, they bring to mind sock hops, poodle skirts and a stack of 45s on the record player.

For the Cat Who Loves a Beat
This makes a fun present for a cat owner who plays oldies on the weekend, a music teacher, a DJ, or a friend celebrating a big birthday with a fifties party. Set it on a shelf beside a record collection, on a desk in a music room, or among other cat pieces in a curio cabinet. Collectors who like humor in their displays will enjoy the playful mix of cats and music. Each basket is painted by hand, so the cats vary a little in color from piece to piece.
